Protest against NOT releasing confiscated items of Tokyo Station incident

25 March 2005

JRU couldnft receive all confiscated items of Tokyo Station incident even though Tokyo District Prosecutors Office decided to wave the indictment on March 16th. 22 items were seized AGAIN on March 15th due to alleged ANOTHER case, but there is no explanation of the case: what the accusation is, who the accused are. Most of the 22 items are related to finance of JRU.

All confiscated items should be return to its owner immediately when the case was dropped. But it wasnft. JRU has doubted that all the investigation including domiciliary search and seizure aimed to check JRUfs activities and its finance, and to crack down on JRU. Now it comes into the open.

We, JRU, protest against this unjust oppression and claim to release all the confiscated items.

Tokyo Station incident - Three alleged suspects, non-prosecuted

17 March 2005

Tokyo District Prosecutors Office decided to waive an indictment for three alleged suspects of Tokyo Station incident on March 16. The gsuspectsh are JRU officers of whom Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department sent the report as the case of violation of the Law Concerning Punishment of Violent and Other Acts.

That publicly shows all the investigation involving domiciliary search in JRU office and officersf houses that was unconnected to the case, or confiscation of no less than 1039 items had been operated to crack down on JRU. MPD made up another story, JR Urawa incident, for oppression on JRU.

In addition to ILO recommendations, this non-prosecution is the fruit of our struggle of past years. We should fight on to win the verdict of innocence for JRU7.
