In Dalka village in Surkhabat county, the construction of an elementary school started by villagers' donation.  However, it was being suspended due to the lack of budget after installing the foundation of the building. After receiving the villagers' request for support, we considered the possibility and decided to provide support to them so that they could continue their project.

Our schedule was as follows:

The first phase (July-August) Construction of walls and well digging 
The second phase (September-mid October) Construction of roofs 
The third phase (mid October-November) Construction of floor and interior

At each phase of the construction, we have kept the track of progress, checking whether there is no fraud, padding or violation of contract. We are supporting this project based on the contract that says that the construction can be stopped if there was any violation. (We are being strict since we do not want to waste any donation from good-willed people. This is our policy common to all our projects.) In addition, in September, we have started construction of another elementary school that was requested from Khola village and Chooram village. Apart from this, we are now considering two other requests from Petop district for the next year's project.
