Prosecutor Demands 3 Years' Imprisonment to "JRU7".

On Feb.21^st2007,the prosecutors made a closing argument in the 56^th trail, in which they demanded the penalty of two to three years’ imprisonment for “JRU7” or seven defendants of the JR Urawa train depot incident.

The prosecutor stated in the argument that "JRU7" should be strictly punished, because they surpassed gangsters in atrocity, and their behavior threatened safety of the public transportation services.

JRU strongly condemns the prosecutors’ demand of punishment. “JRU7” have been pursuing to protect unity of the union, and making best efforts to ensure safety in the East Japan Railway Company. 

We can conclude the demand of punishment and repeated undue searches to be government policy by police. Therefore JRU resolves to fight back against oppression of all the rights of unions.
